This is the statutory qualification for the design, manufacture, installation, modification and repair of special equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers and elevators in China. Without this license, it is illegal for enterprises to produce pressure vessels in China. The certificate proves that enterprises have the basic conditions, technical capabilities and quality assurance systems for the safe production of special equipment under the domestic legal framework.
