1. Waste loading
The infectious waste is loaded into the loading trollery and transmitted to the autoclave for treatment; after closing the door automatically or manually, the operator can press the start button to run the automatic program and handle the waste.

2. Processing procedure
After the door is closed, the next process is automatically executed by the preset program.
Stage 1: it is the pre-pumping vacuum process.
Stage 2: through the steam heating and pressure, disinfection and sterilization.
Stage 3: Cooling of the high-temperature steam.
Stage 4：In the post-vacuum treatment stage, the residual steam and condensate in the sterilization warehouse are removed, and the waste is dried.
Stage 5: the atmosphere enters the sterilization warehouse to achieve the effect of the warehouse decompression.

3. Unload
Once the treatment is finished, the autoclave will light up a green light to indicate that the operation cycle has been completed, and then open the door, by the operator to start the unloading operation, remove the treated waste, after crushing and compaction as the general household garbage into the landfill landfill or recycling.
