Technical advantages of SINOMAC autoclave
Computer-assisted design, the door structure force analysis, small and medium-sized autoclave using horizontal arm open door mode, hydraulic drive, to achieve rapid and smooth opening and closing.
The autoclave adopts annular air duct + bottom area air duct as the whole air duct, so that the hot air in the autoclave fully flows to each corner, enhancing the uniformity of temperature and improving the work efficiency.
SINOMAC autoclave is arranged with the main heating system at the front of air inlet of centrifugal fan, so that each heating pipe can fully heat exchange with circulating air; the bottom air duct is auxiliary heating system, playing temperature, to avoid thermal stress damage caused by uneven heat exchange caused by the natural rise of hot air.
SINOMAC autoclave features a uniquely designed tail screen air duct that balances and intensifies air flow into and out of the working area at the rear of the autoclave, making it the preferred choice for heating and cooling valuable components that are sensitive to temperature uniformity.
Unique cooler structure, solve hot expansion & cold contraction
SINOMAC autoclave cooler water drain structure is unique u-shaped. One end is the water inlet, the other end is the water outlet, the bending end of the U type can be freely telescopic, which can avoid the water drain weld cracking problem caused by heat expansion and cold contraction of the cooler.
The hot air circulating fan of SINOMAC autoclave adopts water-cooled high temperature resistant special frequency conversion motor. Through the computer aided system, the corresponding power and impeller are matched to meet the requirements of air volume and wind speed, so as to adapt to the autoclave of different specifications, and fully conform to the process equipment specifications of Boeing and Airbus.
Multiple safety protection
• Pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical doors close the interlock mechanism.
• Air zero pressure detection system, the door can not open when the air pressure is not safe pressure.
• Overtemperature alarm / interlock, overpressure alarm / interlock, automatically cool down when the temperature is too high, and automatically release when the pressure is too high.
• Emergency safety pressure relief valve is provided.
• The door opening and closing with the sound and light alarm.
• The emergency stop button cancels the curing operation, and all inlet valves, exhaust valves, inlet valves and other actions will fail.
Perfect vacuum system
SINOMAC autoclave vacuum system one standby one use, including vacuum pump, vacuum pneumatic valve, vacuum buffer tank, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum transmitter, precision filter, vacuum pipeline, etc.; each vacuum interface can be separately controlled and separated. each vacuum line can be cut off and the atmosphere discharged; automatic vacuum leakage test can be conducted before starting operation.
