Curing oven is the key process equipment for polymer composite components.The curing oven molding process is the molding process method of sealing the composite material blank, honeycomb sandwich structure, or bonding structure with a vacuum bag on the mold, placed in the curing furnace, in the vacuum (or non-vacuum) state, after heat up, insulation (medium temperature or high temperature), cooling process, to make it the required shape and quality state products.

SINOMAC complete composite curing system
Thermal curing is a key link in manufacturing high-quality composites.Traditionally, most composite components require an autoclave for proper curing.Today, the curing of low-cost aerospace-level composite components without autoclaves is possible through the use of a vacuum packaging system with a walk-in intermittent curing furnace.The process is precisely controlled and monitored to ensure that the composite component has no gaps. SINOMAC offers a complete composite curing system including custom configured oven, integrated multiport vacuum system, and good control system with our TPC software.The system meets the requirements of AMS 2750, BAC 5621, NADCAP, and AS 9100.
SINOMAC composite material curing oven technology
The SINOMAC composite curing system is a specially designed oven that provides excellent temperature uniformity for complete curing of composite parts. It uses a combined circulation of horizontal air flow to ensure average temperature uniformity throughout the oven.A large-capacity fan circulates the air through the blinds, aluminum-plated steel walls, and forms a constant horizontal air flow in all parts of the oven.
• Flexible and customizable compound curing requirements
• The standard is at + / -3 C or for better temperature uniformity
• Electric heating or gas heating mode
• Custom airflow is used to optimize heat conduction to special molds
• Two larger sets of temperature ratings are available: 260°C and 343°C(500°F and 650°F)
• Standard dimensions range from 52 to 960 cubic feet (1,472 to 27,184L)
Integrated multi-port vacuum systems and jack panels
The SINOMAC composite curing system offers an integrated, multi-port vacuum system and jack panels to connect as many thermocouples as needed for monitoring the curing process.

TPC(Thermal Processing Control) software for composite curing
Tight process control and monitoring is critical for consistent quality parts. TPC software fully controls the curing process and documents all process information, providing traceability and validation of part quality.
